Every FrostFlow Portable AC Fan is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

If your fan stops working as it should within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

To make a claim, just contact us with your order number and a short description of the issue.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse or normal wear.
